Our objective was to create a simplistic and effective buying/selling property platform that helped simplify leasing. Our goals include making property management tasks easier, improving the Property Manager and Tenant communication, and providing safer digital methods. Offering ease of use and automation, we sought to create a feature-rich platform that improves the overall user experience, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free transaction process.

Now seamlessly search and book your next rental property with our user-friendly platform. Go through available listings, check detailed property information, and submit your application. Once you’ve got your perfect property, make an offer, sign the Lease Agreement digitally, and securely process your advance payment—all in one seamless experience.

Property Managers can simply list all necessary information about the properties, including type, location, price, and features. The platform also enables the Property Managers to; Create a Lease, streamlining the leasing process and offering a seamless transition from listing to leasing.

Application Request

Tenants can go through available properties and submit applications for their preferred listings. With a few easy steps, they can submit an inquiry to the Property Manager, providing all the necessary details for a smooth application process. Tenants also have the option to make an offer on the listed property, which the Property Manager can either accept or decline.

Lease Agreement

Once the Property Manager accepts a tenant’s offer regarding a particular property, the Lease Agreement is generated automatically. The Lease can be reviewed by the tenant and signed online through DocuSign, eliminating the need for paperwork. The advance rent is made through a secured Stripe after which the property is officially leased.

Real Time Chat

Rentox provides a real-time chat feature for seamless communication between Property Managers and Tenants. This excellent functionality enables tenants to discuss property details or raise queries directly with Property Managers, fostering better collaboration and quicker responses.

Maintenance Request

Tenatns can easily submit maintenance requests using our platform, ensuring that all issues in the rental property are addressed promptly. The system allows tenants to describe the problem, upload images, and track the progress of their request until it's resolved to ensure a seamless experience for both parties.
